IMPORTANT!
- This proposal does not guarantee the availability of the quoted equipment.
- To approve this proposal, please return it with the signed “Agreement Confirmation” page.
- Once approved, this proposal may only be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event setup. After this period, a 100% penalty of the total proposal value will be applied.
- The technician’s daily rate covers 10 working hours. If this limit is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged accordingly.
- For event setups occurring after 10 PM, a night shift fee will be applied, as specified in the proposal.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment setup and teardown.
- Immediate replacement of any defective or malfunctioning equipment.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision of the equipment setup process.
